We are a small construction company allowing us to focus on customer service/satisfaction and quality work. We have been in business since 2008 with many satisfied customers/friends. 95% of our work is kept in house and is not subcontracted (dirt work large scale concrete and public service utilities is), allowing for greater quality control. We accept cash, check and credit cards. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer in house financing.

Awnings questions, answered by experts

Clean regularly with mild soap and water, and retract during severe weather to prevent damage.

Regular cleaning, inspecting for wear, and retracting during storms extend its lifespan.

It’s not a good idea to allow heavy rain to fall on your awning, as puddling can occur and overload the awning. Your awning should be able to handle a light rain, though you should allow it to dry out before retracting it or open it to dry as soon as the rain stops. As always, consult manufacturer guidelines for using and caring for your awning.

Yes, you can convert a fabric awning to a metal one. You just need to swap the fabric for metal panels, which are more durable and weather-resistant. However, the support frame will probably need reinforcement to handle the added weight. You should consult a pro to address any structural concerns.

Awnings can be a serious investment for homeowners, particularly if it features a motorized and retractable design. Protect the exterior of your home by choosing a reliable and reputable contractor. Do some research ahead of time to get an idea of the potential contractor’s strengths and weaknesses. Don’t hesitate to give them a call to discuss specifics.
