I think they overall did pretty well.  There was a little bit of a problem trying to get them to get back to get the job done.  They finally did, but it was just a little bit of a problem trying to get it completed.

Freedom was hired to replace 2 windows in our home. They chose the wrong type of replacement window and installed them anyways. The result was unsightly, unreliable and completely unacceptable.  The windows leaked around the outside edges with unsightly fit and trim work.  In all, very shoddy worked performed by a company that boasted about their industry knowledge, past accomplishments and capabilities.  They insisted the job was properly performed when we discussed the incorrect window type and the poor workmanship.  According to several other professionals that were later contacted, the window choice and work was entirely wrong.

Everything went smoothly and the deck cover looks very nice.  We would have given this provider all A's; however, we had them install a piece of metal to cover an unenclosed beam facing the house, and the job was extremely shoddy.  We called them twice about it and asked them to remove the piece, but they never returned.
