"Not at all satisfied with the service rendered. The gentleman I spoke to on phone seemed very responsible, but the guy that came out appeared to be a different person. Gentleman came with a blower. Now, I had a gutter monster on my gutters. He was done in a little least than fifteen minutes. Told me that my gutters really weren't dirty. I asked about the downspouts and was told anything that was in there came out. "this is a powerful blower". Left debris in my yard. Very disappointed with service. Angies list was running a special and I paid through them."

Boy did I pay for it. My roof leaked and they wouldn't back their own warranty. 11 years later I called John again and he did exceptional work. His skills are way above the average roofers in our area! Cotten roofing went above and beyond on the work performed on my house! I don't foresee needing a new roof for many many years.
