"Zac and Kyle did a great job insulating our old porch roof so we can convert to a 4 Seasons room! They were friendly, courteous and did the work to specification. Then cleaned up well!"

Good Attic of Saint Louis removes old, dirty or pest-contaminated attic insulation and replaces it with fresh blown-in insulation to R-49 or R-60. Jobs can include air sealing, sanitizing after rodents, squirrels or raccoons, and attic ventilation fixes. We also top off attics that are simply under-insulated. We serve St. Louis and St. Charles counties, including St. Charles, St. Peters, O'Fallon, Chesterfield, Ballwin and Kirkwood. Free attic inspection with photos and a written scope, and same-week appointments.

"I hired the attic yetis to replace insulation in my attic and I was more than happy with the outcome. The service was quick and efficient and just a few days in I am already noticing a major difference. If you need any attic insulation or pest prevention I highly recommend the attic yetis"

"The fellows did a great job with this house.  The work is really quite excellent, and they kept us informed with how long it would take, how it was going, and could speak in understandable sentences.  They were polite and they worked very quickly.
We were amazed and how quickly they did this job, as it was perfect and not at all sloppy, which you easily see in others who are quick and sloppy.  They were anything but.   They cut around several outlets and exterior items on the house and that was done well.  I would definitely recommend to anyone.  We also cannot believe how much WARMER THE BACK OF THE HOUSE is now - especially as it faces NORTH and was quite cold for the last 15 years.  We hope to be able to have them do the rest of the house as we like the insulation put in and the type and quality of siding that was used.  We would recommend most definitely."

"Roberto was the technician and he was very professional, polite, and personable. He inspected the rest of our system and told us things that needed to be changed or repaired. He showed me pictures of everything. Everything he told me about was accurate. He quoted me a price for R38 insulation , Some of our ducts were plastic and he recommended them to be changed. I agreed completely and didn't know they were plastic. I would have had them done the work but I had no price comparisons to make and besides I didn't have the money right then. So he just finished the vent cleaning and left his card. He did a great job on the vent cleaning and was happy with the work."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Middle Water LLC for spray foam insulation on a client's home and was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and quality of work. The team consistently showed up on time and adhered strictly to the bid they provided, showcasing their commitment to reliability and integrity. Their dedication and work ethic, particularly the impressive contributions from the hardworking Amish labor, were remarkable. Based on this experience, I have confidently referred Middle Water LLC to another client, who is now planning to use their services as well. The excellent job they did, combined with their punctuality and adherence to the bid, make them a standout choice for insulation services. I am so satisfied with their work that I intend to use them for my own home, which I plan to build in the near future. Middle Water LLC has earned my highest recommendation for anyone seeking top-notch spray foam insulation for their home or business."
