"From the beginning of my project in January 2024, I have never regretted my decision to choose Ethos Building Group LLc. Jeh Johnson and his partner Tracy Herod have worked diligently to execute the itemized proposal that began this project to rehab, restore, and rebuild my home at 607 Wilmington ave. St. Louis MO 63111. An incredible number of tradesmen and tradeswomen have done their individual tasks all on a schedule professionally overseen by Jeh. These liscensed and masters of their trades worked alongside Jeh who if necessary stepped in and aided e these individuals. His overall expertise has brought my home to this point. One must keep in mind that a burnout like my home is an unusal job for Ethos Buildig Group LLc to accept. Yet at every stage my home has been given the same careful and thorough attention as their larger jobs. And despite some push back with my insurance company every thing has proceeded smoothly and orderly manner given the inevitable supply chain delays. Their work was terrible, concrete had different colors, uneven spots causing water to pool and the edges on the steps were terrible. I paid $1,600 upfront, the total cost was to be $3,200. They did not get one more $ from me. Tried to pressure me in to paying the other $1,600. Sent pictures of the concrete by registered mail, never would pick it up. They blamed the shoddy work on the Sun and the distance they had to wheel barrow the concrete in. Buyer beware."
