"I did not like having to pay a fee to get an estimate. I was made to believe the supplies would be available on his truck. He was too booked and had to come back. How incontinent. I was told I could have a ball joint valve put in, but he didn't. I requested it again, and he finally put one in. He did not have the handle that was requested.
