"Amazing from the customer service to the workmanship. Steve from day one was very pleasant to work with. We had an unconventional carpet installation with gently used carpet. The install was amazing. You can’t see a single seam and would have no idea that there are a few pieces of carpet. "Travis came at precisely scheduled time, assessed the situation and came up with a solution. We have decided to go with engineered floors. Travis personally matched the colors, ordered the flooring which was installed in timely and prompt manner by one of his employees. The carpet was removed and discarded by the company. The installation work was done in a matter of a few hours. I was kept informed on the progress via text messages during the whole process. This was great and satisfying experience. I will without a doubt keep Travis on my contact list for future projects."

"Carpet Direct has a great variety of carpet. They come right to the home and it is easy to pick the right carpet for the job. They don't do installation, but they arranged for us to contact three or four installers. We purchased the carpet and it came in right when they said it would. The installer picked up the carpet, brought it to our home, and did a great job on installation. Overall, very pleased with them."
