Since he charged by the hour, he actually asked if there was anything else he could do! I've never had any other contractor ever offer that. After that day, I had him come back to take out the garbage disposal completely and install a new sink. Jim does a beautiful job and is an extremely efficient worker. He wastes no time and can truly do it all when it comes to handywork. He is super personable and an all-around nice guy."
