"Outdoor Creations recently replaced our roof, and helped with the other hail damage items. Jake and Danny are great folks, very helpful throughout the process. We also had them build a pavilion by our pool. It looks amazing and we are looking forward to using it next summer. I very seldom write reviews, but Outdoor Creations is a great company that really takes the time to help you through the process. I would and have referred them to many of my neighbors and friends in OKC. If you are looking for a great roofing company that can just take care of all your issues, no need to look any further. "He arrived at 8:30a.m. The new hot water heater was waiting on site. He took the heater out of the carton and reported to us that it was damaged on top but that he thought it was primarily "cosmetic". He let us decide if we wanted it installed or wanted to return it and get a replacement. Since we had been without hot water for several days, we decided to give this one a try. It would also have meant that we would have to have him return at a later date to install the next water heater. So far it has been doing a great job hearing our water. He was very professional and competent at his job. He took the old heater away for disposal.

"The service worked out good. They came out and did their job. The first day, I think we had to reschedule, but once they started working, they were right on-time, got it done, and they cleaned-up after themselves. I did ask them a question to see about something else and they never got back to me about that. So, they never did a follow-up once they had completed their job. I guess they just moved on and I had two more small jobs I thought he could handle, but he never came back to follow-up on those. The price was a really good price. It was a special so it was not their normal price. It looks good."
