Today Joshua White did my annual plumbing inspection and when I mentioned I'd be getting new toilets soon he let me know of the wonderful credit I had and the next thing I knew...he installed my 2 new toilets in record time today at a great price. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions( tolerated my puppy)as well as gave me information. Once again I'm very satisfied with this company and their technicians."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"The work was substandard at best. I was deceived on the work that would be performed. I was told at the time of sales that the wood siding I had would be cut back and replaced with similar material. It was not. It was replaced with what appears to be a type of trim. I had originally called in because I wanted my house painted. They then only painted the siding and told me the trim would be extra after they had already started the job. At this point I felt like I was being held hostage to their demands. Since they had already started the job they would do what would normally cost over $2000 for around $1600. I elected not to have this additional work performed. I would have NEVER had them do any work had I known this from the beginning. There is caulk everywhere. Nothing was taped or masked. The paint lines are not straight or even. Sometimes they would paint the side of the trim the same color as the siding. In other places they wouldn't. They washed out their brushes with my house in my yard. One night they left the hose on. I asked them not to wash their brushes in my grass and one of them was rude about it. Do not recommend. The owner offered me $200 off for my troubles. I just wanted the job done right. This isn't it. A month later and I'm still waiting for them to come and touch up spots where they set their ladder against the wet paint and you can see marks on the siding because of it."

"Last November I spent $2700.00 for Solar to install new guttering on my home. Last week I started seeing problems with the guttering and when I contacted Solar, they sent out a rep to look at the guttering and according to him the guttering was a truly embarrassing work of installation. His comment after inspecting the guttering was " this guttering was not installed properly and I'll be surprised if this guttering even stays on for a year!" I am now responsible for, as they put it, "removing and properly reinstalling the gutters myself!!" Or spend the money once more for them to correct their incredibly shoddy workmanship by properly installing the guttering."

Throughout the project, they checked in with me every single day. The installers were not just friendly; they were attentive, and great to have around. When we encountered a bit of a language barrier, they pulled out Google Translate faster than I could blink to ensure I didn't wind up trapped in my garage by scaffolding! It was the most delightful conversation I’ve ever had while dodging construction equipment. And let me tell you, these guys weren’t just skilled; they were like robots with big hearts! Watching them install the siding was like witnessing a well-oiled machine in action—pure perfection. Even my dog sat at the window most days to watch them work. You could tell that every single person on the job genuinely cared about the work they were doing. "Wow, my shower is gorgeous! My experience with Transcendent Home Solutions was five stars all the way. Zach was prompt, personable and knowledgeable. There was a delay in shipping the materials, through no fault of THS. Page was the installer, and he was awesome - very particular about his work and nice as can be. He spotted a flaw in the shower base and another one had to be ordered. Again, through no fault of THS. He did a great job - above and beyond! The project took longer than expected, but it was understandable. I'm thrilled with the way everything turned out, and I definitely recommend THS to anyone looking for a shower upgrade."
