"Words cannot express how happy I am that I found Matt to help me paint my new home! Not only did he finish the job of painting three rooms ceilings, trim, and walls in less than two days, he quoted me an extremely fair price and he did an amazing job. Matt took pride in his work, wanted to make sure everything was perfect, and that I was one hundred percent satisfied with the job. I have now found my handy man for life! If you need any work done in your home (because he does a lot more than paint) I highly recommend him. Thank you so much Matt for everything!"

"Needed walls and ceiling repaired after plumber found water leak. E and E did a great job, so I hired them to paint my living space. Another job well done. Ceiling now white, walls pale yellow, doors, wood trim, baseboards a nice clean white. Daniel is conscientious and his team did a wonderful job of covering my furniture, wood floor and carpets to avoid any drips. Thank you to Daniel, Doug, Isaiah, Ashe and Scott."

"Had purchased an attic ladder designed for a small attic opening. Bob showed up just on time as scheduled and performed the work it install it in a very professional manner. Clean worker with good personality and professional attitude. Would not hesitate to use again."

"Tim Becker, the owner, was very professional and personable, easy to deal with. He knew his stuff as he has a lot of experience building from scratch. His price was not the lowest or the highest; he was the middle bid, but I liked how he dealt with me right from the start - he was confident in his knowledge and straightforward and honest.  He made good recommendations during the project. I had to go out of town while he worked. I was amazed today to see the beautiful well-finished structure that now stands where there was nothing at all before! He added nice touches like ceiling can lights, dimmers, dawn to dusk outside lights and a mailbox, at his own discretion. His craftsmanship is beautiful. He did nice shelves inside and a lovely paneling on the stairwell to the basement.  He thought out a functional electrical plan and heating/cooling, that looks well and will serve the occupants well. He re-did my bathroom pro-bono, and gave me tips to improve the house generally. I'm ready to do more work with this company and do not hesitate to give them the highest recommendation. Tim is the best!

CW called to check whether he can come early for the work. In fact, early start worked perfectly well since it was my lunch hour. By the time, I reached home, CW was already half-way into repairing light fixtures (one to remove broken bulb from fixture), another was to repair connector associated Kitchen ceiling lighting. CW also attached show cases to walls so that they don't fall.

CW is very creative thinker. CW finds different ways to resolve any issues/problems he faces. CW simply gets the job done no matter how complicated the job is! CW has been fixing things for me for the last 10+ years!!

"THEY LEFT TO BUY PARTS AND WATER DRIPPED THROUGH THE BASEMENT DRYWALL (NOTICED AFTER WORK WAS DONE). THEY ONLY PUT ONE COAT OF PAINT ON THE FRONT PORCH POSTS AND DIDN'T FINISH CARPENTRY WORK. THEY SAID THEY'D BE BACK TO FINISH PAINTING THE WINDOW FRAME AND AT THAT TIME I WOULD HAVE ASKED THEM TO FINISH PAINTING AND FINISH DETAIL WORK ON THE POSTS. I ASKED HIM TO COME BACK TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE ON OTHER WOODWORK AND HE NEVER CAME BACK. HIS WORKER ASKED ME TO COMPLETE A SATISFACTORY REPORT TO ANGIE'S LIST AND I SAID I WOULD WOULD AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE.

"I already painted the walls so it was nice of LS Custom Painting/Carpentry/Lawncare LLC to work with me by letting me use the coupon to do the ceiling. They were prompt, did a nice job, and cleaned up well. They even shared some painting tips with me. "

"We found Good Neighbors through Angie's List in January.   They had outstanding recommendations from previous customers on the website and we are a very happy and very satisfied customer.
We had our 30 year old master bathroom gutted and we replaced everything.  Good Neighbors installed walls, ceiling, new tile floor, new cabinets, dual sinks, mirrors and replaced the old bathtub with an amazing, custom built, tiled shower.
Steve, our first Good Neighbors contact and co-owner was on time, polite, knew the business of remodeling and was accurate with his estimate.
Tom, the other co-owner and in charge of construction contacted us and explained the construction process.  He addressed the problems we would encounter (dust, noise and storage of materials in our garage).   Tom made us very aware of what was going to happen over the next 5 weeks, step by step.
The project manager, Jeff,  was the most polite man we have ever met.   His associate Caleb was every bit as friendly.   Every day they provided an explanation of what was going to occur that day and again they made every effort to contain the inevitable dust and the noise.
The daily preparation and clean up was impressive.   Every morning they laid canvas on the stairs, the hallway and the bedroom floor to keep the carpets clean.  Every evening, the bathroom and adjoining bedroom were vacuumed, the mess cleaned up and the tools were stacked.    Then they folded a put away the canvas and moved outside to clean up the construction debris from saws, tile cutters, etc.     I have to tell everybody - We were impressed with the cleanup.
The job grew from the original estimate as we had them add crown molding and repaint the master bedroom.
Regarding a recommendation,  I would not hesitate to have them do our next project and they probably will.
