I learned building trades from my father as a child and worked with him in construction for 8 years building houses from the ground up including plumbing, wiring, concrete, cabinetry, etc. from framing to finish. They wanted to come out and see what work we wanted done before scheduling the cleaning--like the quote or job spec visit you get when hiring a handyman or landscaping service. Also, they did not want me to be present in my home during the cleaning service.
