They wanted to come out and see what work we wanted done before scheduling the cleaning--like the quote or job spec visit you get when hiring a handyman or landscaping service. Also, they did not want me to be present in my home during the cleaning service. I thought we had worked this out during the initial visit, but they again insisted that I leave on the actual day of the service.
