T & S went above and beyond. They looked for vintage flooring to match and customized the old-fashioned trim to match perfectly - no easy task b/c this trim and flooring type is no longer made. They smoothed and prepped the wall (plaster/lathe/wallpaper - difficult to work with) for me in areas not related to the lighting installation, knowing I’d be painting soon. He showed up when he said he would. He had a tough clog to undo, but persisted until the clog was cleared. He was almost to the road. We're pretty sure that roots have grown into the sewer line, but my water is flowing freely again and I'm super grateful for that. He even cleaned up the area and my floor when he was done. The last guys we had before never did, so that made me even more appreciative!!"
