However, we feel from talking with the technician & seeing what did come out, they did a good job. Also, they were very reasonable for the service. Bob, the owner, explained everything regarding the service very well. They were on time, actually a little early. They were very efficient in getting the job done. Will use them again, maybe this time for carpet cleaning. We also try to use locally owned small businesses, compared to the large companies."

"Provider called at about 8pm the night before to cancel a Monday appointment.  Granted, this was during a rough winter, but a little more advanced notice would have helped.
Seemed to do a nice, thorough job on the air ducts, however the deal was for a fixed number of supplies & returns.  I had fewer supplies, but more returns, so I was charged a surcharge for each additional return, even though they were shorter than most of my supplies.
Could have done a better job cleaning up dirt and dust that accumulated on my floors around the vents that had piled up during the vacuuming. 
Staff was very nice.
All and all pretty good though, would probably use again.  My vents were filthy and now they are not.
