"Scheduling was easy, and Ed was punctual in coming out when promised. He gave me an evaluation of the condition of my irrigation system which had been inactive for about 10 years. Very knowledgeable. Will definitely use Ed's company for future service."

"Schedule to do the work at noon on Saturday. Did call at 11:00 a.m. because they had a tire blowout and let me know he would be a couple hours late. But they did show up when they said they would. Tree was trimmed excellently. Just what I wanted. All of the haul away was done. Yard was cleaned up exactly the way it looked before arrival. Could not be happier. Are planning on having them back to trim another tree."

That is rare, however, and most issues, if any, come from a failure with the thermostat, which is usually easy to access and replace. The downside is that heated floors are more expensive to install than other types of flooring. If you are installing in an older home, they can also raise the floor level, which can pose some issues with doors and flooring transition strips.
