Where to begin. I told James I wouldn't write a review if I got my money back, but ? here I am James. We hired James to clear the brush in our backyard. We paid him half for a deposit of $325 on June 19. His first date to come was June 25 and then it was moved to July 2. Both of those days it rained, so it was moved to Tuesday, July 6. At 9 am on July 6 he said his guys were on the way. At 11 am they still weren't at my house and he said they had to stop and get a payment from another client. At 1 pm he said his guys were up in St. Peters working on a pool they didn't finish up over the weekend. How do you not know where your workers are or what projects they're working on? He said he'd come and do our yard by July 9 and I told him if he does not come and do my yard, I get my deposit back and he agreed. I have all of this in text messages for proof. July 9 he's not answering my calls or texts, my dad's, or my husband's. My mom called and left a voicemail saying she needed yard work done, to see if he'd call her back. He called her back right away. She asked him why he wasn't at my house doing work he agreed to do. At this point it's 1 pm and he told my mom his guys were on the way and he'd be calling me and my husband. No one ever showed and we never got a call. My dad took off every time he was supposed to show up. That same evening of July 9 I texted him and told him I expected my refund of $325 to be in my account by Monday, July 12. He didn't answer. I sent him an email July 11 and told him my money better be refunded and I attached a small claims court document if he did not return my money that I would be filing and would take him to court. Ten minutes later I got a text that my money was being refunded. It was processing in my account both July 11 and 12 then dropped off our account July 13 and it was nowhere to be found. Square is who he uses for processing payments and they were no use in helping me get my money. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. So it took from July 11 when he "initiated" the refund until July 28 for us to get our money back. Not once was he concerned or tried to figure out what was going on with our money. He said the money was taken out of his account July 13 and to take it up with Square ourselves, but again they were no help. He wouldn't send me proof that it came out of his account to save me a little stress or anything. Save yourself the stress and hire someone who might quote a bit higher, but it's so you don't deal with this kind of ********. He wasted over a month of our time, when we could have hired someone else to do it. This dude also has two different addresses for his company! So many red flags. We didn't know any of this before paying our deposit. We never checked his reviews or social media just because we met him in person when he was talking to one of our other neighbors, and gave us his card. If you want little to no communication, and to waste your time, hire him.

Although many leaves were removed, many remained. Was offered a gutter cleaning on the phone, but was later told that was only included if I claimed the deal for leaf removal. No idea where or how to do that. Driveway and porch where not cleared. Sent pics of the work and was told the crew would be sent back out, but they never returned. Days later I asked for an update; "Who is this?" was the reply.

James did a great job cleaning up my yard. I have lots of trees and it was a mess. He even took care of the leaves gathered up along the street curb in front of my house. It looks like a brand new house again. I will definitely use him again.

Was not satisfied with grass cutting service to a rental property. His prices were reasonable but quality/quantity of work was unsatisfactory. Cancelled service and notified James Buldac's lawn service.. However my bank had sent through the payment of $50 for services (not performed) through the end of the month. Several emails to Mr. Buldac has since yielded no return of this money.

Everything was completed as promised.

i hired these guys to come mow my parents yard. now it hasn’t been cut in 3-4 weeks and after the rain i’d say it was a between ankle to shin high in height. they politely informed me before hand that they were coming out, and did the work. i go by my parents house after i got off work to check it out and see if they wanted to continue on with the company for a weekly cut, and they do not. they were very unhappy. the weed eating was very bad. they didn’t get under the deck to where the eye could see, they half *** did around the inside and outside of the wooden fence. there’s a part that goes around the deck, didn’t even TOUCH that area (probably cause it’s on the far back side and not visible thinking no one would check) and to put the cherry on top they didn’t even blow the street off. which when having a lawn care business you’d think they’d know that loose grass shavings are hazardous to motorcycles. this didn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. $35 for a half *** cut is ridiculous rip off good luck.

Excellent Work. Gave us a fair estimate plus did a great job. Very professional. I hired them immediately to keep doing my yard. Was very pleased.

Started out good but each time they came the job was rushed through. They never came on day they told us. The last time they mowed some of the yard was patchy mowed and the weed eatting was 1/2 done. Some spraying was done for the weeds and he charged 165.00 for chemicals not used. The invoice he gave us was written 10 days before the job was completed. Not at all professional. Would not recommend him. Not at all honest with his work!!! I’m sorry we used his service. We were taken advantage of and robbed also!!

Well at first it went very well. They came by 3 times to cut the grass and then it was like they fell off the face of the earth. I gave them a good rating after they cut the grass the first or second time and was very pleased with the work. Then the holiday came (4th of July) and they never came back. I sent a text message on 7/14/2020 and never even got a response. I wound up almost getting heat stroke from cutting the yard myself today before the rain. I'm an older lady and that's why I needed someone reliable to cut the grass. I have health issues and allergies that deter me from doing the lawn work myself. After today though I will have to be on medication for the allergies and other meds for the exhaustion. Not a happy camper at this point in time.

They were fantastic! I wish I could cut the grass that fast! They are very courteous, prompt, and they do an awesome job. I can't believe how great the yard looks! Thanks so much.

This business is very unprofessional to say the least. I previously left a negative review about this company then decided to give them a second chance. However, the other day they came out and left my lawn looking absolutely terrible. It was very patchy and it looks like they forgot to weed eat an entire side of my house. There was grass all over the back of my house and side of my car. I wish this would let me post pictures! I contacted this company about the poor quality and they weren’t too concerned about fixing it. I was told that they would be out to fix it and they never showed...not even a text or phone call! Their communication is just as terrible as their work. Save yourself stress, time, and money...just hire a neighborhood kid...they will do a much better job!
