We believed we should have received more $$ in our refund. Took them to small claims court. Who knows if they knew each other. Small town partnerships? We returned merchandise on December 21, 2021 - it took 5 months for a refund. Would DEFINITELY NOT USE THEM AGAIN. EVER"

Hardwood floors can be installed in most areas of the home, including living rooms, bedrooms, and hallways. For this reason, avoid placing any furniture in the room for 72 hours after installation.

Your floors will continue to settle for a few months after installation, becoming less bouncy as they rest.
