Using an Angie's List special, we contacted Absolute Clean for a chimney cleaning. Our chimney had never been professionally cleaned, and we felt it was time. I had to change the date for our service call, and Dave was able to move our date up without trouble.

As our chimney wasn't very dirty, the job didn't take long, and the job was done in about a half an hour. No mess left behind, the area was left clean. Didn't bother with the dryer vent cleaning, as it was a new vent, and didn't require service.

Guys were polite and quick. Happy with the service.

I would have requested the holes they made in our virgin venting be made in a conspicuous area instead of right above our living area over the sofa in the basement. We had an unblemished vent that now has two, aluminum taped squares. I know the holes need to be made, but it would have been nice for them to ask if the location mattered to us.
