"Brian and his crew were amazing. They are a full-service company doing pretty much anything you can imagine in your house. We got them for a complete redo of the foundation waterproofing and drainage. We were getting nasty leaks in the basement and garage from a shoddy/incomplete waterproofing job by another contractor. Brian carefully analyzed the situation, came up with a plan and executed on it. The thing I appreciate the most about him and his crew are their thoroughness. He won't just promise a job unless he is confident it will be done right the first time and that it will address the problem. We also had him demo an old patio and misc concrete slabs around the property and pour a fresh new patio. It is big and beautiful. Again, lots of attention to detail. He took care in working around an existing fence, carefully taking parts down and replacing them when he is done. He also took care of our mold issue in the basement (which the foundation repair was a part of). I look forward to working with him for many projects to come!"

"I am writing this review to let other homeowners know that if they are unfortunately in need of foundation repair that the best company capable of handling the job is Advanced foundation repair & replacement. I have a two story home. The entire back and side wall had settled over six inches ( a total distance of seventy five feet). At the side of the house we have a masonry fireplace that had settled significantly as well. Then owner Frank Matyiko hooked up his exclusive unified jacking machine. Frank provided us with a licensed structural engineer that stamped all fazes of construction. He assured me that our house would be a piece of cake. He was right. Advanced leveled the back of my house along with the fireplace with his unified machine. Not a crack in the house. Not a crack in the fireplace. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted.
