"I asked the guys to install an egress wi dow in a basement bedroom. They did exactly as I asked and worked efficiently. They showed up when they said they would and communication was great from estimate to finish! Frank spent extra time with my parents to explain the scope of work and minimize the disruption to their lives. His bid was very thorough and he was upfront with the fact that there could be additional cost based upon what the crew found once they exposed the foundation wall. Would definitely use him again."

"Olshan is a great company. Alejandro and his crew did an excellent job in repairing our foundation and getting the chimney back against the side of the house like it used to be before the foundation shifted. Expensive, yes, but quality work usually is AND worth it!! My hat is off to Alejandro and his crew. They were very careful to put down paper so as not to track mud into our home. They were very careful so as not to disturb the cable wires running along the foundation. These guys were just great, Thank you."
