"If I could give this guy a zero rating I would. He came 2-19-20 to give us an estimate on our failing toilet and drippy faucet. He was coming yesterday, 2-21-20, to do the repair at 3:30pm. My husband took the afternoon off work to be home. At 3:40pm he still was not here, so I called him. He told me I should **get someone else**. He comes across as a **good old boy** and will talk your leg off. Even about other customers. He drives a retired vehicle and I would think would have ample room to stock normal plumbing repair parts such as a toilet fill valve one would think. Unreliable. Move on from him is my opinion. My husband was so mad he watched online videos, and did the necessary repairs for $20."

"Thomas came to review some work we needed done. He not only reviewed but also accomplished it. He found the problem with our shower leak and fixed it on the spot. I had electrical problems with a few of my outlets. He found the problem to be in the wiring. He got them re-wired and replaced the outlets. He also fixed a false ceiling we have in the basement by fixing the structure and replaced the broken panels. Can't say enough about all this work getting accomplished in a short period of time and like his Marine Corps background, he left all the places he repaired spotless.
