"The interior designer I was looking for; brings her own ideas but open to yours, creative and responsive."

"We hired Birkenmeir and Sons to install a sliding French door into a three seasons room, and we are thrilled with the results. Al and Bobby had to create an opening from the living room and cut through an exterior brick wall to create the space needed to install the door. They were extremely neat, made sure to clean up as they went, and communicated what they would be doing each day. The most impressive part was their attention to detail. They were able to match the trim in the interior as well as matching the trim and bricks on the exterior. The door looks like it has always been a part of the house. I would highly recommend Birkenmier and Sons for any remodeling jobs and will absolutely be using them again for future projects."

Affordable and Reliable

Selling a home can be challenging. In a highly competitive housing market, it is imperative to give your home the competitive edge over comparable listings. Staging is an effective marketing tool. Through deliberate design, staging provokes an emotional connection with buyers and eliminates questions that may hinder the sale. Staged homes spend less time on the market and oftentimes receive offers well above asking price. \n \nDazzle Home Staging, LLC is a vacant home staging company that has been consistently recognized for providing first-class professional support and for designing magazine worthy interiors. "I had received and initial bid from Lockwood Decorating almost 8-10 months prior to the start of my job. When I was finally ready for them to start, they kept the same pricing from almost a year ago which allowed me to expand my work to include the whole interior. They Painted each day with anywhere between 2-4 painters. They arrived promptly at 7:30am and worked until usually 3:30pm buy sometimes later. They were great about cleaning up each day. If I was unhappy with something or wanted something redone, they did it with no problem. Their attitudes were great, pleasant, fun, respectful and all that rolled in a complete air of professionalism. Rob came out several times to oversee the job, but it was never necessary. Nick, Greg, Jake & Christian are awesome guys (and Rob) that are very proud of their work product and it shows. I would gladly hire them again!"
