"They responded quickly. I hired them to sod out front lawn. We agreed on a price and the completed the work in only a couple of days. They also gave me instructions to care for the lawn and did some extra work at no additional cost. It has been two months and the lawn still looks awesome."

"Jeff came out to take care of a very high limb over our house that we were concerned about. He was very professional and personable, he not only cut the limb for us, but he offered to clean up the rest of the tree as well. He made short work of a big project for us and it has given our family much-needed peace of mind. Thank you to your entire crew and we will definitely be telling friends and family that you are the guy to talk to."

Lawn Care questions, answered by experts

The price of lawn maintenance depends on your lawn's size and the type of services. The average homeowner spends around $300 on lawn care, but ongoing maintenance can range between $100 and $500 monthly. Regular tasks such as mowing will cost less than a specialized task like tree trimming and grass planting.

No, carpetgrass and St. Augustine grass are two different species. However this is a very common misconception and you may even find St. Augustine grass is mislabeled as carpetgrass. Carpetgrass does not have as much shade tolerance as St. Augustine grass, and has narrower blades with an alternating pattern (while St. Augustine grass has an opposite pattern). St. Augustine grass doesn’t have the weedy, high seedheads that carpetgrass produces.

How often you should maintain your yard depends on your climate and what season it is. A general rule of thumb is to maintain a lawn height of three inches.

Yes, especially for properties focusing on curb appeal. A well-maintained landscape supports visual and environmental attractiveness, potentially increasing desirability.

If you accidentally watered your grass too much during the winter months, try aerating your lawn to encourage absorption of the water into the soil and improve drainage. Dethatching your lawn can also help the solid recover from overwatering and encourage healthy root and stalk health in your grass.
