I had them remodel two rooms in my house. They re-done the walls and ceilings, painted, installed new trim, added wainscotting and new laminated floor. They started the job when promised, showed up on time each day until done. They even cleaned up after them selves. This job took a little over a week. "Alan covered everything in plastic, then repaired cracks in bedroom.  Then he repaired small section of ceiling  with popcorn by fireplace and cleaned up everything when he was done. Very very good job ,would recommend him .very nice .

"Mike and his crew were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They made a beautiful screened porch out of an existing patio. There was an issue with the flooring but we got it resolved. I hired him again for some other projects around the house. I am very pleased with his work and hope to hire him again for additional patio work."

"The technician emptied the freezer, which was in the basement, to work on the part that needed repair. Then he neglected to put anything back into the freezer, including a turkey I had bought for Christmas and a rack of ribs. Two days after he left, I went out of town for two weeks. The turkey actually exploded and spewed its liquid all over everything, which had to be discarded. I let AHS know and they couldn't even bother to call me or follow up on this. I'm considering not renewing my contract with them because of the quality (or lack thereof) of many of the providers they send."

“Note that if you eventually want to remove the popcorn ceiling, a painted ceiling is a labor-intensive job to remove and will cost more,” says Bob Tschudi. “Once painted, the process of removing the popcorn ceiling requires physical scraping as opposed to a spray-and-scrape approach. It’s very labor-intensive, and thus more costly.”

Although texturing walls may not seem like a lengthy project, you’ll need to set aside between one and five days to complete it properly. The exact amount will depend on the scope of your project—one room will take less than a whole-house project. That will give you enough time for tasks that are time-consuming in and of themselves, like taping wall edges, priming the walls and letting them dry fully, and actually applying the texture and top or base paint coats.
