"Road Runner called us immediately after submitting the request on Home Advisor and they were at our house within two hours. Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."

They replaced the pump and reworked the piping to work more efficient. The field crew were very respectful, worked quickly and expressed great concern that the work should be done right and at a reasonable price. It is rare to find a service company that does not gouge you and wants to do a good job for the customer.
