"We have an old home that always had drain backup issues. We would call a plumber it seemed about every 5 months to clear a backup. After another backup, we called 2 companies prior to finding this one. R Mech didnâ t fix the issue at all after sending two technicians out. The second was Roto Rooter and they tried to unblock the drain without success, scoped the drain and said the main sewer line had to be completely taken out to fix the problem costing about $10k! Thankfully I called CJ and he was SUPER accommodating and came to our house in very short notice, found the issue with the camera, showed us everything that was going on, was able to puncture a hole through the roots, causing all the problems, so that we could at least function in our house. He was able to come out the NEXT DAY to dig up the bad line and replace it! I couldn't be happier to have this ongoing issue finally resolved for good and at a reasonable price! CJ was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone! Especially those dealing with the big name companies that are charging an arm and a leg! Heâ s honest and does exceptional work! "Perfect job! First time they came out they determined the problem was in the gasline encased in stonework. Recommended getting a stonemason to chip away the rock, expose the line. Lined up the stonemason and phoned Jamison to make the appointment. Owner of company told me he would personally come out at the time of the stonemason to make sure no more stone than necessary removed. He did so. After rock removed, one of Jamison's plumbers came out, replaced the gasline (obstructed w/years of corrosion) and replace the ignition switch, reassembled the burner and ignited the pit. This company has first class workers and know what they are doing! Highly recommend for complicated jobs, such as this one! Thanks!

"Five years ago my wife and I had our house pierced. We thought the company was reputable and would stand by their product. We had over 25 piers installed. However our basement foundation continued to settle. We thought we had a lifetime warranty. At least that's what the salesman told us, but when we called him back out the company could not stand by it because it was an act of god that their product failed. We called Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement. Frank Matyiko came out the next day with a structural engineer and they concluded that the only fix would be a new basement. They cautiously demolished our old foundation and hauled it away. We have a new 9 foot basement. We wish we never paid for the piercing originally. They provide service for the smallest foundation to the most radical job imaginable. Great job guys!!!

"My siding project was started late in the year. I was concerned about the crew getting caught in the cold weather but they were well prepared and every morning they were ready to go. The crew jumped right into the tasks with little guidance and stayed busy all day. They talked and joked frequently but that seemed to keep their mood and energy up. There were few problems except for some cold mornings and frost that could affect ladder work.  Also included was new Sherwin Williams 20 year paint  on the wood trim  and 3 kitchen windows were installed. I noticed a remarkable increase in comfort inside this past very cold winter after the house was wrapped with HardieWrap and the new siding. The job finished more or less on time and looks great."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
