They paint-matched some exterior doors and trim, patched a couple of bad spots in the ceiling (with texture), removed wallpaper, and mudded some walls to even out spots. They do great work! "They were very professional and nice. I kind of felt double-teamed - two guys showed up in two separate trucks. They wanted to put 13 piers around my house to fix the problem. The price for a pier is not a bad thing but it seemed an awfully extreme fix for what I had asked them to come out for. I?ve gotten their calls weekly possibly from the guy wanting to know if we had made any decisions yet on what we were going to do. I think they are a harder sell maybe than the other ones I talked to. We have had a couple of people tell us that there is no way we need that extensive work done, so I would probably not consider using them."

"Overall the price seemed fair, but I felt like I had to probe to get important details rather than them being explicitly explained and discussed up front. Some of the questions I had to ask about included 'What type of paint is used?' and 'What will you do with furniture?' While we were upfront about needing to make a decision regarding who to hire, the bid came in a day later than promised (and again, only after I asked a second time for it). I also asked about a 10% coupon that is mentioned on Angie's List and was told it was automatically included, yet there was no itemization for it in the bid. I recognize that I have fairly high expectations when it comes to communication and level of detail provided by companies I hire, so that is something to consider when reading this review. I am sure they would have done a fair job, although I doubt the quality of the paint they use (Pro Mar 200) compared to Duration or Cashmere.

"Tim repaired several items in my home including diagnosing a bathroom leak (that another contractor got wrong), Tim then repaired it, and then he replaced the drywall and painted the affected area to restore it to like new. Tim also fitted a window air unit for me that was not quite the right size and it looks fantastic. He also fixed a broken inner doorknob very quickly and fixed a nagging shower faucet leak. Tim arrived at the agreed upon time, and even called me when he was on his way. I thought the price was very fair and reasonable. Tim is well mannered and left the job areas spotless."
