We are a small, local, family owned company. We have an average of 5 full time employees. We are seasonal so that number of employees can triple but we like to keep a small crew of trusted professionals. In this way we can ensure quality control and complete customer satisfaction. "In response, the cost to the homeowner was very reasonable considering they were not charged for the additional add on work consistently being requested. Polar Bear Painting can document the sanding and prep work of the trim through pictures taken at each step of the project. It can not be denied that Polar Bear Painting did the repainting of any trim that was not satisfactory. The level of customer service was above and beyond. It is implied in the members comments that Polar Bear Painting walked off the job leaving the homeowner with unfinished work. This is not the case, Polar Bear Painting remained on the job until both homeowners signed off on the work and cost. It is unfortunate that most companies end up with at least one "unsatisfied" client. We would like to invite this client to open a dialouge with Polar Bear Painting to disscuss any outstanding issues they believe they might have."
