16 Mike first came out to replace the control valve on my rental property gas water heater. Subsequently, the control valve was defective and needed to be replaced again. Mike worked with the manufacturer to resolve the issue and went above and beyond guiding through the troubleshooting process....
We had Steves Pest Control Inc do our pest control treatment for us. They came to the house and sprayed inside and outside of the home. They spray a barrier around your home. They used a high pressure sprayer and sprayed the exterior walls of the house. I have used them for 6 years now.
.The price was a little high but they did a good job. The job was done very well and I would recommend their services. At one point, the fleas came back and the contractor volunteered to come back for more pest control whenever the problem came up.
