Our project included a trench drain in the basement with a sump pump and dehumidifier, installation of 8 steel beams and jacks, and burying a gutter system to divert the flow of water away from our house. Overall, the work crew was good natured, pleasant, and just really enjoyed making our hosue more stable."

"I hired Vince Anderson of Fence and Concrete Masters to redo my front deck on my house. He started work approximately March of 2024. As of today, 9/22/2025 it is still unfinished and he has not responded to my attempts at contact since October 2024. Most of it has to be redone. Which has been extremely frustrating and expensive because no one wants to finish a messed up job. All previous reviews I?ve read since then (my mistake of not researching him prior) he has rebuttals putting off everything back into his customers. He is a master at BS and reflecting blame in order to avoid responsibility for his messes. I paid the deposit of $3,500 plus an additional $2,000 part way into his mess, which was to go to materials and supplies of which I only have approximately $1,000 worth of wood materials. They would come and work a day at a time about once every 2-3 weeks. I would have to call him and then they would show up for a few hours. In October 2024 he completely stopped responding."

We are a masonry company that has serviced the Vernon and surrounding counties in Southwest Missouri for over 25 years. My name is Caleb mason , my Brother Marc and I are second generation bricklayers who's Father instilled in us an extreme amount of pride and integrity. It's not only our job its our name.

They stated " we take pride in our work and let us know if theres anything we missed and we will come take care if it" I am now finding more and more issues that were said to have been completed and they wont return my calls or messages. Not to mention the job ended taking just over 6 months to brick my house and costed 4-5k more than the contract. Towards the end they were actually using bricks from a previous job that weren't even the correct color. Beware! Learn from my mistakes and do not hire"
