He found and repaired a leak in the kitchen, replaced the kitchen faucet, snaked and unclogged the spare bathroom shower drain, replaced the toilet guts, (and tightened the toilet's seal without having to ask him). He did all of this in a reasonable amount of time and for a very reasonable price. If we had any questions along the way, he had no problem explaining what he was doing.
