"Pricey. We paid 8000 for 53 ft of gutter cover. Transferable Lifetime guarantee and the covers can be moved to new gutters if we replace the gutters. So I think it is worth it."

"Third job with Bordner, installing new windows.. Crew was great and work was professional grade. The replacement was perfect in every aspect- on time, efficient and a pleasant experience. Every visit from the initial visit and estimate to the repair, monitoring of work, and followup by the manager were timely, thorough, performed precisely with outstanding results. Every detail requested was delivered as promisted. The workers were effecient, respectful and thoroughly cleaned the work areas.

"John Adams came out to give me an estimate on a roof replacement and repair. He showed up on time and on the day that he promised. He gave me the actual estimate during his visit and walked me through the materials that they would use, how long the work would take and when he was available to do the work.
This was the highest estimate but I would have used them "hands down" if I wasn't going to sell my house. If this was going to be my forever home I wouldn't use anyone but Southern Grace Exteriors to do the roof replacement/repairs.

"The team was very understanding and although I called with an emergency need and it was a horrible Sunday they gave me a discount off of the emergency fee. My basement has been 100% dry since they repaired some hangers.
