He was very knowledgeable and promptly told us what needed to be fixed. His crew began work within a week of us meeting, they worked quickly and efficiently and the job was done in 4 days. They knocked out 30 feet of our basement wall that had been damaged and the work was done in an extremely clean manner. They left the area meticulously clean. We also had 38 feet of wall on the other side of our house piered because it was settling. Frank lifted the house and piered the wall with a jacking system. During the discovery/bid process Cody was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with explaining the issue and the options we had to remedy my problem. Their bid came in at a fair value and below what I was as expecting so we signed the contract to move forward with the work. Olshan installed 8 cable lock st piers to lift and stabilize our foundation. Alejandro was in charge of the actual work on our home and he is an absolute rock star. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was performed correctly. His crew was respectful of our home and got in and out as quickly and cleanly as they could. Alejandro answered all texts and phone calls in a reasonable amount of time and always kept me in the loop. Overall, foundation work is tough but Olshan made it look easy. Cody and Alejandro were exceptional throughout the process and I trust if I ever need anything in the future they will be there for me."

"Admittedly, I only had them waterproof my basement 2 weeks ago and we haven't had any especially heavy rain storms since. However, I haven't had any noticeable water issues since. The staff were very friendly, courteous and worked very hard. They were able to complete the work in just one day. Which surprised me, considering that their crew of three guys channeled the whole basement and installed two sump pumps. Their work definitely seems solid, so I wouldn't expect any issues. They did come highly recommended to me by my son, who had them do his basement as well and he hasn't had issues for over 2 years."

"They come on time and took shoes off as I requested. Two guy--Nick and Nick. Nick one used a vacuum clean all the ducts, only missed one, first floor and second floor. Nick two explain to me what a whole set of job will be --clean the duct, but one for one set in/out and mine has two small branches, he called 3 Mains/feeders. Then he'll need make small openings on the main/feeder ducts in order to use brush clean the inner surface. He also said there are animal hairs inside, need to be clean, mold need to be sanitized and I request a cut for easy insert the filter. It took them from 12 pm to 2 pm finish all. They also spread some protection for the rusted cover, due to the moisture. Nick is very patient with my questions. I also mentioned the dryer vent on the coupon, asked they to vacuum the basement near their work area since it's new carpet. They did it.
After all, I gave the coupon, which is $89 and check with $948. Now I realize I'm overpaid at least $89, if not more.

In one word, this is a really bad deal!! I end up pay more than other companies regular price and I'm not 100% trust if all of the "job" they listed are really needed."
