"We bought a house recently. The inspection report called for installation of an expansion tank and lengthened drip leg on the HW heater. Jamison Plumbing had installed the new HW tank several months before for the original home owner. Jason called the City of Liberty to determine the exact code requirements. He called back and agreed to the additional work at no charge. He was able to make the changes in a timely manner. His crew called to say they would be later than planned because of an unexpected delay at the preceding job site. We appreciated his willingness to finish the installation according to code and to cover the additional materials and time. It was a great way to be welcomed into a new community.

"Email communication was hit-or-miss.  Sometimes I would get an immediate response, other times weeks went by and I didn't get a response until I prompted them for an update.  The installer was polite and professional but several of the trim pieces were damaged on installation and the fit and finish is not great.  It took over a month to get the damaged parts replaced and one of the replacement parts is also damaged in the same location as the first piece.  It's not noticeable enough that it's worth taking another day off work to have it replaced again, though.  The caulk lines are not very even, the drain is not centered in the floor of the shower, and the trim piece around the shower handle is off-center as well.  I will admit that I can be fussy about these sorts of things and these may not be issues for other people but it's bothersome enough to me that I wouldn't use Re-Bath again.

"Anchor Contracting came out immediately and gave me a very fair bid to redo a deck and siding that had been damaged by a fire and was unsafe. The work they did was excellent, the price was right and was done exactly on time. The owner, Sean Ichrist, was courteous and professional. After the work was completed, all areas were cleaned of debris. His bid and final bill were exactly the same. As a property manager of a large condo complex, it is wonderful to deal with the honesty and professionalism that Anchor Contracting and Sean bring to the job. "Liz is super sweet, energetic, thorough, and a very hard worker. My house was in bad shape, I have not had a cleaning lady in over 2 years, have 4 kids, two of which are disabled, and work full time outside the home. There just isn’t enough time to keep up with it all. On Liz’s 1st visit, she deep cleaned my first floor, the girl busted butt for about 7 hour. I could not have been happier with the results!. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
