"Great experience! Kevin and his crew were extremely knowledgeable about my bird issues. Kevin went above and beyond to remove, fill holes and install bird spikes for the troublesome starlings and sparrows. He cleaned attic of any nesting materials and droppings. I would recommend this company and will use again if needed."

"John was very professional and efficient. He was able to get to us fairly quickly. He explained what he needed to do and approximately how long it would take. He also came back a few weeks later and cleaned and sanitized the area, which was helpful to my husband and I."

"Although I m an honorary college grad, I don t have the words to express HOW FANTASTIC Accurate Pest Control is as of my home treatment. Steve, the owner, is everything a customer could possibly want in satisfaction...BEYOND satisfaction!!! He s great to deal with... accommodating, professional, attentive, courteous, prompt, friendly, and fair in his fees, as well as excellent at his service!!!!! I just recently moved here from Phoenix AZ and believe me, I know something about house pests & pest control service. I would recommend Steve to anybody ... EVERYBODY!! ... and I will! It s a shame all service providers aren t like Steve...he should be a model of what ALL service providers SHOULD BE! As stated, I m a very satisfied customer....EXTREMELY! And will remain so... Thank you Steve!!!!! IF you need Pest Control (or even just want to be pro-active) and get excellent reasonably priced productive service, Steve is the #1 pro to call!!"

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

To keep deer from eating your trees, you can either put up barriers or install a deer repellant. Barriers that protect trees from deer include tree wrap or fencing. You can also plant deer-resistant trees to prevent deer from eating or scraping against your trees or garden with plants that deer don’t like to be around.

You should never block both the top and bottom of your chimney. Proper airflow is essential because the temperature inside the chimney will still fluctuate as your house warms and cools. Moisture can build up without ventilation, leading to dampness in your walls over time. Blocking the top prevents debris and animals from entering, but the chimney still needs air circulation to avoid condensation issues. Allowing the chimney to breathe maintains the health of your home and prevents long-term damage.

Yes, predator decoys work to keep birds away, at least temporarily. However, if the decoy remains motionless in the same spot for a long enough time, the birds will eventually wise up and realize it's a fake. Keep changing the location of the predator decoy to ensure that the birds keep their guard up and maintain their distance.

No; ticks rarely infest buildings. They prefer to stay outdoors waiting for a potential host to pass by. However, while ticks do not infest beds, they can get indoors by attaching themselves to pets, clothing, or outdoor gear. A live tick may survive in your bed for around 24 hours, but it certainly won’t breed or start an infestation.

There aren’t any solutions that can rid your yard of mosquitoes for good. But with a good integrated management strategy that combines repellents, treatments, decluttering, and drainage, you can keep populations in check.
