Cloud Fence Company

They came out to repair a job they did just a few months ago, they tried to blame the weather for the femce caving in but reality is that the posts have been wobbly ever since I moved into the property before the rain and wind and its due to them not doing their job correctly amd not digging the posts very deep. When they arrived they did not knock on the door they just walked into my backyard not knowing if my dogs were out, they did call.mt landlord to call me but i feel that you should still knock on the door to let people know to not let their dogs outside or to let them get them inside. They refuse to talk to me, I would ask questions they would just answer "we got it under control" rather than answering my questions and would not even look at me. The old man owner was here with the guy and he was the rudest out of the two. I asked if they had names in the beginning and they just wouldn't even look at me. Terrible customer service and terrible work. I would not recommend this company. Spend your money elsewhere with people who take pride in their work!

My husband hired Cloud Fence, Hurley, MO in September 2021 to install a barbed four wire fence (1/2 mile) on our cattle farm. His crew started building the fence in a timely manner and finished the job in an appropriate amount of time. Unfortunately a number of wood corner posts they set in concrete are already wobbly, the barbed wire is loose and not attached to the posts in many places and many of the metal posts are also wobbly. My husband contacted Mr Cloud and they came and reset one of the corner posts. My husband has spoken with Mr Cloud three times in the past two months concerning the other loose posts and wire and he has promised each time to come and look at but as of today he has not been here. The fence cost over $8000 for materials and labor. Unfortunately my husband and I will have to reset the loose posts and restretch the wire. We are very disappointed in the poor quality of the fence and the inaction of Mr Cloud. We are unable to recommend Cloud Fencing and wish we had used a different fencing company. If these issues are addressed we will update this review.
