"From the time I first contacted him until the job was completed he explained exactly when, what and how he would be able to do the necessary work. Besides being forthright about the time required, he was full of useful information about what to look for in quality tile materials and maintenance tips. Before beginning the work, he laid down protective tarps in our outside hallway. After cleaning the tile of soap residue, he removed and replaced all of the grouting, including all of the hardware fixtures. He gave our bathroom a completely fresh, sparkling look. The tech arrived promptly at the scheduled time with a friendly ready to fix our problem attitude.
We have raised nails and screws on our deck that always seem to reappear during winter months.
These raised nails and screws made snow removal just horrible.The Cady tech recommened that we remove many of the bad loose fastners and replaced with a new non-corosive styles of screws.
After a complete walk through of our project we were extremely satified.

The house had many different dark colored walls so the painting over them was not a simple task either.
