"From the time I first contacted him until the job was completed he explained exactly when, what and how he would be able to do the necessary work. Besides being forthright about the time required, he was full of useful information about what to look for in quality tile materials and maintenance tips. Before beginning the work, he laid down protective tarps in our outside hallway. After cleaning the tile of soap residue, he removed and replaced all of the grouting, including all of the hardware fixtures. He gave our bathroom a completely fresh, sparkling look. The ceiling texturing had been poorly done so removal was not as simple as scraping popcorn ceilings. The house had many different dark colored walls so the painting over them was not a simple task either.
