He monitored the progress of the process and kept everything on track. The roof replacement job took just one day and the crew was utmost professional. Priority stopped by to tell us they could help us get a new roof under our insurance due to the shingles being discontinued. We were skeptical since we tried this already but were shot down. We decided to give Priority a chance anyways. Unfortunately, we did not get the new roof the first (or second) time Priority talked with our insurance company. Then, after a particularly bad storm in which our roof was damaged significantly more, Priority was able to work with an adjuster through our insurance company to get the roof 100% replaced.
Priority was professional, fast, and courteous. While there was some debris left after the job, the site was left in better condition than by other companies that I've seen do work on other houses. We did have to call them to remind them to pick up leftover shingles (those above and beyond what they left for us to keep) but again they were courteous about it.
We are pleased with our new roof and pleased that Priority took the hassle out of negotiating with our insurance company.
