"We contacted Darin in late August, and he was working on another job so he didn't get back to meet with us until  September.  From the day we met and discussed the project until its completion, he returned all phone calls immediately, and we were able to rely completely on his word as far as a start date and completion.  I have worked with so many contractors that tell you they will be there one day and it gets postponed again and again, or start on your job, and work on others at the same time, coming and going.  This was not the case.

Darin said it would take approximately a week to do the installation.  He was there the day he said he would, and had all the cabinets made and ready to go to complete it.  It did take one extra day, but that was due to some hardware issues that were not his fault.

When we first met, we were thinking of white painted cabinets, and he was amenable to doing.  However, he did have some thoughts, based on the style of our house and the existing cabinets.  He showed us the bamboo, and I loved it, but then wasn't sure up until the installation.  Now, I cannot say enough how beautiful it turned out.  I really liked the fact that he was willing to give his professional opinion in a number of areas as we worked through the kitchen refacing.  He was not forceful but was willing to say why another approach might be better.  This was extremely helpful.

One of the days he was there, I had to work when the new refrigerator was delivered.  He assisted the delivery guys in getting it up the stairs, and took time to take some of the stickers off and even polished it up some so it would look good when I arrived. 

I can't say enough about what a standup guy he is and you would be very happy if he assisted in your kitchen project!  You can also tell he has integrity which reflects on the whole project.  I would give it an A+.

"Slow or non-existent customer service. Text messages to find the status of work not returned. Needs to give customers updates on when each phase of work was to be done. New cabinets installed but after a week no updates when plumbing, electrical and countertops would be done. My wife and I thought they forgot about us. Happy with the cabinets but the gentleman who installed them seems to have a attitude and didn’t have any customer service experience. (Meaning he didn’t really have interest in answering any questions.) All is well with the finished product Electrical and plumbing installers were good. Again, they need to work on their communications with their customers on the timeline to complete the work."

"Purchased a remnant for a small countertop for a wet bar. After visiting many sources found the perfect piece at Princess and also found the most comfortable experience. "First, the sales representative, Jaime, was exceptional. Very helpful in selecting the granite countertops and laminate flooring. We also needed some carpentry done to our kitchen. He suggested a person, who also did a perfect job. The granite countertops were installed last week. Travis and Zach were marvelous. Very professional and thoughtful to our needs. They did a wonderful job. Such craftsmanship. They were on time and cleaned up when they were finished. Last Thursday and Friday we had laminate flooring installed. My first request for a proposal included a request that the project be completed in less than 3 weeks..Despite the schedule he had,Sam assured me he could do it. ( my wife was being discharged from the TCU ). 

He started the project 2 weeks before her coming home and finished it in 1 day, He came when he said he would, accomplished the project, and Left MY garage floor cleaner than before he started.

He and his helper were kind and respectful. Except for the power tools, you hardly knew they were there.

"I had old kitchen counter tops taken out and new ones put in, along with the tile back-splash. Wade took care of ripping out the old tops, and installing tile for the back-splash. He was easy to work with. I've never done a project like this before, and Wade was great about answering all my questions and explaining everything to me. It looks gorgeous!
