"He was very quick to respond to my calls, and once we decided we'd like him to come out to our house for an estimate he was out to our house the next morning (he conveniently had another client meeting in the area). He seemed knowledgeable and provided insight into what finishing my basement would entail. One particularly important thing he noticed is that the ceiling height in some areas of the basement were a couple inches shy of being "up to code." I was glad he was looking out for potential issues already - it shows his ability to plan ahead and account for possible road blocks.  Aside from that, his prices seemed very reasonable! If, or rather  when, I begin doing my basement remodel (which will now likely not be until next summer) I will definitely be keeping Vitaly in mind for the job.

We were fortunate to have Jason Iwig as our salesman and John Weber as our project manager. "We started in the spring. Greg came out to assess my falling apart garage. He tore down the old garage and replaced it. As it is an attached garage, it was quite a process. Everything went very well. There were some delays due to weather, but that is understandable. Overall, I am thrilled with my new garage and so happy that Greg was also able to redo the sidewalk and steps to my front door.
