"I first googled handyman in Marcell a few years ago and Handyman Pete appeared. I called and he answered personally and came over that day to introduce himself. From that day forward he has become a friend who we completely trust entering our cabin to do any project I throw at him. We work together as a team communicating by phone or text even sending photos along the way of ideas and projects in process and completion. He has such great ideas to share and he’s open minded to all mine. We are a great team!!! He’s so easy going and fun to work with and his pricing can’t be beat. We plan on having him replace our existing roof to metal next. I consider Pete as part of our family :) I can text or call him to stop by and check on our property if needed in case of a storm or even pest controlling. "very poor work quality, I had to have them come back 3 times after the initial installation to repair damages and fix the shoddy workmanship to get the roof right and it still hasn't passed Inspection. On top of that on three other occasions they were scheduled to be there and they just didnt show up at all. They left trash in my yard and in my driveway causing a flat tire on my car due to nails left all over the driveway. I even found missing shingles on a newly installed roof, how does that happen? I also found out after the fact they were TWICE as expensive as their competitors. I called 3 different contractors after getting their final bill and found this out. Twice the price for shoddy work? I'm just glad I was able to get up on the roof and check the quality of the work and demand they corrected it. My recommendation, hire someone else. There are so many other capable company's out there. You dont need to waste your time with this one. It's not worth it."
