"If you want to hire Check Better business bureau complaints. Superior failed to show, took money, claimed he did all the work and the hired subs whom he did not insure or pay timely. He did not get ALL the required permits and violated building codes. Superior extracted far more funds than work he performed and then failed to show .We commenced litigation and Superior acknowledged our claims including fraud. Superior stated it would file bankruptcy if we pursued. We entered into an agreement where he pays back on a monthly basis a fraction of deficiencies he caused."

We are contractors who will willingly subcontract and are looking for other like-minded people. Our billing terms are net-30 for corporations other than LLC's; for all others, we require half down at sale, and half upon completion. Our trip charge is $60.00.
