Our designs and estimates are usually completed within 1-2 business days with a scheduled start date, and project duration estimate listed on your estimate if you choose to accept. For most projects, if you accept our estimate, we will require you to sign a contract with a 10% down payment to hold your spot on the calendar. If there are delays outside of our control (on our side) to start the project greater than 1 week your 10% can be refunded to start the project at a later date. We will keep all communication open with you if there is a change to the schedule. We require full payment on the date of the completion of the project. Projects longer than 1 week in duration will require a weekly payment schedule based off % completed on the project.
