One Man Handy LLC

The job was a nightmare from start to finish. We are currently in the process of collecting money after going to conciliation court and winning against Patrick Waller. He did not perform the job in a timely manner, the work he did was terrible and the "end result" of his work did not function nor was it up to code. Our appliances were not hooked up properly and we had standing water in our basement due to improper plumbing work he did. We ended up having to hire an actual licensed contractor to fix the damage he did - which totaled in the thousands. It was only after we fired Patrick Waller that we learned he failed his testing and is not certified in any way to do the type of job he signed on to do in our house. I would never recommend using his services to anyone. The only good thing to come of this is that justice was served and he has to pay for his actions.
