"They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. "I would not recommend them. The morning after a hail storm hit they told us that if we let them put a sign in our yard that they would pay our insurance deductible. Communicating to the employees was very difficult, and they were not able to meet our request. They didn’t pay our deductible after all; they took $500.00 off our final bill instead. We won’t be hiring them to do anymore work for us. They told us that they knew the siding on our house was discontinued, because they were the ones that did it five years ago. They said that since it was discontinued, we could get new siding on our whole house, but they were unable to fulfill that offer. They said a lot of the things we wanted to hear, but was unable to provide the services. They got a lot of work from everybody in our neighborhood due to the storm, and we believed that because they were a local company they would do honest work, but that wasn’t the case.

UPDATE!! 

After using Angies List the provider wanted to make it right with us.  The owner himself came and finished up some things that were not finished in the first time around and fixed other wear and tear on our siding from the last couple years at no cost.  He apologized for the service we received 2+ years ago and said it will never happen again.  The original salesman that lied to us at the beginning of all of this was fired and no long works at Lacina. "

"His staff arrived and made sure that we knew they were there to make it as convenient for us as possible. They had a large crew, yet were very courteous. As the roofing material was removed one fellow made sure that anything that didn't make it into the trailer they brought was picked up and gotten off the lawn, out of the shrubbery, etc. At the end of the first day they had all new paper down on the roof ready for shingles. Day two was similar, a large crew got the shingles and roof edging on quickly. Except for one level that was probably the most difficult they were done, that last section was finished the morning of a third day. 
Each night things were clean and tidy around the property. 
The shingles and installation were completed very well and quickly. 
Even though it was a large crew we always were treated courteously, the impression left with me was that each person had a job and did it. 
We were quite pleased with the outcome, communication with Mike was great even though he was very busy. He helped by working with the insurance company, arranged for new gutters and downspouts.
