At Home Pro America we take great pride not only in our finished product, but our policies and procedures from initial meeting to project completion; 100% customer satisfaction is always our goal. It is never our intention to have our customers feel like our in-home representatives are not giving due attention to their project due to family matters, we apologize for the disconnect between your in-home representatives and yourselves and have taken time to address the concerns mentioned. I reviewed the photos of the original state of the brick pile and agree that they were not placed with care. I made sure to follow up with your project manager and reviewed completion photos of the brick pile and see that they are now stacked in a neat, uniform pile. I have since made changes in our staff, to ensure that these issues do not take place again. I took time to go over project photos of the deck, and couldn’t agree more, it looks very nice! I hope that you are both able to enjoy your beautiful new deck for years to come. I have checked to ensure that all issues mentioned above have been resolved and hope to move forward. We understand that when things don’t go as planned it can be disappointing, and at times difficult to see that we were doing our very best to be mindful of your best interests, and do right by you, our customer. That's why I personally took the time to review this project. It appears that your project was initially bid with the understanding that there was one small area of the garage that had a leak. When our team arrived to a**** the project, we discovered that there were several areas in the garage that were leaking causing the ceiling of the garage to sag substantially. Since the deck is on top of the garage, we needed to insure that the leak was remedied and had not caused any damage to the integrity of the structure. The project timeline was extended since there was much more work that needed to be done to ensure a safe and trouble-free finished product. At Home Pro America we are dedicated to providing quality installations without cutting corners. We hope you can see where our team chose the route of taking longer over rushing through your project. We hope that you can consider the entirety of the situation and understand that our team chose to operate in a manner that may have made for a lengthy timeline, but the end results would be a product that lasts.

As a woman myself and owner of Home Pro America I wanted to take time to personally review the call. After listening to the call, upon our representative trying to figure out and negotiate your scheduling situation, it appears they were unable to find a time that worked well for you and your spouse. Our representative shared with you our company policy of having both home owners present and the benefit it provides in the process of providing an accurate, clear, and detailed estimate. We adhere to this policy when scheduling with a woman or man, and have it in place as it benefits the overall process greatly. After review of the call there was no malicious intent or discriminatory behavior observed. Our representative did their very best to educate you on why we have this policy in place and worked diligently to find a time that would work well for both you and your spouse. Once you had made it clear that you did not desire to schedule with both parties present, our representative followed company policy, apologized for any miscommunication, and extended the ability to schedule if you would like to reconsider meeting with both you and your spouse. At Home Pro America, we pride ourselves in taking the best care possible of all of our clients, especially those dealing with their insurance companies, as it can be a trying and relentless task. You are 100% correct, after meeting with your adjuster and coming to the conclusion that an entire replacement was not necessary, we decided to move forward in looking to repair your leak. We sent you an estimate on 9/20/2017 for a repair job replacing 2.16 squares of your roof, and have not heard back from your since. We have resent you your estimate today, along with the original email, to clear up any confusion. We would NEVER chose to discontinue working with a customer because of choices made by their insurance company, and hope that with the estimate being resent some clarity will present itself in this situation. Please reach out to our office with any questions, we'd be more than happy to continue to assist you in this process.
