"Levell and his crew were very professional. They were on time everyday, they communicated what would be done and on what time frames. We had a full basement remodel and it was complete in 30 days when others were quoting us up to 6 months. We had them put in egress windows, frame in bedrooms, run electrical, drywall and finish work and painting. Then they also did a full bathroom and all the flooring. Our house is beautiful! I would highly recommend Levell and his crew. We have had them do work several times on other projects as well. They do great work!"

"Galen did a wonderful job in building me a chase for some new duct work as well as insulating a crawl space and sheet rocking repair. He is a all around handy man so I think I found my go to guy on jobs out of my league.. Very fair priceing and he came up with alot of extra ideas for me which I think is great. If you need some work done he is a guy you can count on. A+++++++++++++++++ service

Deck Staining questions, answered by experts

Yes, they provide design insights that enhance space utility and visual appeal.

It’s often best to spray on deck sealer. Sprayers can apply sealant more quickly and evenly than rolling while still enabling you to reach tight spaces. When using a sprayer, always use a low-pressure setting at a close distance to ensure an even application. Avoid using sprayers on windy days.

Opt for an interior wood stain that is rated for your type of wood. Consider your personal style preferences as well as the overall use of the room when choosing a color. Remember, the color you see at the store may look different on your actual floors once applied. This is why if you have the chance, it’s helpful to test a few options on a scrap piece of wood in the room first. Once you narrow it down, you can test a small patch on an inconspicuous area in the room to see it on the actual floors.

In most cases, sanding an old deck before staining it is necessary to achieve a decent finish. If your old deck has a relatively new stain finish on it and you're only doing touch-ups, you can generally skip the sanding part. However, if your goal is to make the deck look and function better, sanding first is a must.

You don’t necessarily have to remove all the old paint before repainting your deck, but it’s best to remove as much as possible to ensure a smooth and long-lasting finish. Prioritize scraping off loose, peeling, or flaking paint, and sand down rough areas to create a smooth surface for the new paint to bond with.
