"Outstanding Job. Our Forever Floor is Finally Here! Fillip and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen floor. After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. "I rank Landson Construction #1 in the list of contractors we have hired in our 40 years of home ownership. Ari and his team of subcontractors recently completed a challenging remodel of one of our bathrooms--challenging because it is a very small area with limited space. Their finished job looks better than our separate remodel of a larger bathroom completed by one of the big firms that advertises daily on television. Examples: the tile work in our small shower is exceptional, and the vanity/oversized sink is a perfect match that does not dominate the small room. Ari Erickson (no relation to me) offered selections from his preferred vendors, but we had full latitude to shop on our own for all tile and fixtures. He and his subcontractors kept us fully apprised at all stages of the project, arrived promptly throughout the course of the work, responded promptly to our texts and emails, and cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. My highest recommendation: I always seek at least four bids for a major project, but I would forego that process and hire Landson Construction again for future building/remodeling projects, and would encourage friends and family to do the same."

He was very thorough yet efficient during the quotation visit, sent us what his team drew up super quickly, and locked down a date for install. We had him come out again to provide a quote for our master bedroom closet, and again, the customer service was wonderful. "MISSING TIME ON ISSUE AND MONEY I had a mixed experience with Randy's Electric regarding my recent service appointment. Bateman was scheduled to come on October 27th, but unfortunately, the tenant was absent, and he couldn't access the property. The following day, Brian Ringgenberg arrived and provided the necessary service. He was very professional and informed me that there would be no charge for the missed appointment on October 27th since it was so close to the previous day and that it would all be consolidated into a single bill for the current service, which involved assessing the situation and changing some fuses. However, I encountered an issue when I checked my credit card statement a week later. To my surprise, I noticed that I had been double charged for the service. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, I am still waiting for a resolution regarding the refund of $199.00."
