"I can’t say enough good things about Jenna’s! They did an absolutely wonderful job helping me clear a property I purchased that had been abandoned for 25+ years. They also handled the snow plowing, and everything was done professionally and reliably. The people there are great, easy to work with, and genuinely care about doing a good job. I highly recommend Jenna’s to anyone looking for dependable, hardworking people who get the job done right. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"They were very easy to work with. They explained what they did and why. My door has been frosting on the inside (house) for years and didn't know how to fix it. I had no insulation in the framing, thanks so much. I thought I needed a brand new door, they told me they could fix the one I had and save me money. Thank you again."

"I was really happy with Justin and his team. For me this was a big job and involved a lot of money and a lot of moving parts. The ceiling texturing had been poorly done so removal was not as simple as scraping popcorn ceilings. The house had many different dark colored walls so the painting over them was not a simple task either. Justin is very meticulous and thorough and his crew is polite and determined to get everything just right. I can recommend them without any hesitation whatsoever."

"Tyler called me right away. I explained that my mom was moving into a townhome this weekend but that the drifts in the driveway were too much for us to go through. He was out there in the matter of a couple of hours and cleaned it up completely! Very nice gentleman! Thank you Tyler!! Definitely calling him again!"

Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

Yes—in fact, it’s an important step in how to start a snow blower. Allowing the engine to idle for a few minutes prior to using a snow blower helps it reach its optimal operating temperature, which gets the fuel running properly, improves its performance, and helps prevent stalling during frigid weather.

In most cases, it is best to leave icicles on your roof and allow them to melt naturally. You should only consider removing them if they are heavy enough to cause damage to your home or pose a risk to people below. Since removing icicles can be dangerous, it is recommended to hire a professional for the job if you have immediate concerns. To prevent the issue from recurring, you should address the underlying cause, such as improving your home's insulation or installing roof heating coils.

When it comes to deciding whether a two-stage or three-stage snow blower is better, you must consider the amount of snowfall you get, the size of the area, and your budget.

A three-stage snow blower is more efficient at clearing higher volumes of snow quicker and removing ice build-up. It’s ideal for commercial use and removing snow from large areas. Make sure to compare various types of snow removal equipment to ensure you purchase the one that is best for your needs.

Ice dam removal is costly, but it’s absolutely worth it. If you leave an ice dam as is and don’t take care of it, you’re looking at potentially dangerous situations and high-cost repairs—like roof collapse, leaks, mold problems, gutter damage, and more. Removing ice dams is essential to keeping your home and your family safe in the snowy season.

It is not advisable to use salt on your roof to prevent or remove ice dams. It’s not only mostly ineffective but can also cause serious damage to your roof itself. Salt can rust metal, damage masonry, pit shingles, and cause runoff that’s damaging to plants and animals.
